Introducing Nicholas Andrew Layne Stanley
Nicholas Andrew Layne Stanley was born May 8, 2009 at 12:16 am. He weighed in at 4 pounds 12 ounces and was 17 inches long. He is currently in the NICU in Nashville because he came 7 weeks early. He is doing well and will hopefully come home in the next couple of week.

Luckily, Nicholas' Mom is a talented photographer. I don't think y ou could see him this clearly even if you were here! She is also a solid advocate and some of the tubes you see in this picture have been removed, Nick is coming along very nicely, and definitely is glad to see and feel his Mom and Dad by his side.
Life with Team Stanley is never boring. Great cooking, lots of laughter and motion, dancing and music. Thanks you guys, for letting me be part of the action last week, love you all, gramma Kaye
